Ryan Hearn

Ryan Hearn's work experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at RA Jones since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Capital Project Engineer at TMK IPSCO from 2012 to 2015, where they developed capital project expenditures, researched and selected major equipment, and created project budgets and schedules. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Guardian Industries Corp., first as a Coater Vent Coordinator where they supervised employees and managed equipment servicing, and then as a Project Engineer where they provided production support, managed electrical installations, and supervised contractors. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Controls Engineer at Kasa Industrial Controls, Inc. in 2006, where they worked with customers to determine product specifications, designed electrical panels, and gained experience with product pricing and commissioning.

Ryan Hearn obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kansas State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2006. In 2013, they also completed a Project Management Certification Program at Xavier University, focusing on Project Management.
