Sharon Blackburn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities. Sharon started their career at R.A Jones & Co. in 1987, where they worked as a Supervisor Service Parts, effectively managing a team of employees and implementing continuous improvement processes. Sharon later became a SAP Project Leader, leading the implementation project for both R.A Jones locations and serving as the SAP Local Process Driver for the After-Market Group.

In 2013, Sharon took on the role of Services Data Analyst, proactively analyzing data to maintain and grow sales revenue and customer relationships. Sharon also implemented an effective customer survey to exceed customer expectations. From 2008 to 2013, Sharon served as a Services Sales Representative, focusing on developing opportunities for Jones products/services and maintaining measurable revenue growth.

Prior to that, Sharon worked as a Customer Service Representative, where they generated sales and managed major customer accounts, implementing an automated Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process to increase accuracy and efficiency. Sharon also worked as a Services Project Manager, managing diverse company projects and overseeing advertising and marketing efforts.

In their current role at R.A Jones, Sharon serves as a Customer Relations Manager, where they effectively manage multiple teams responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Sharon has implemented initiatives to enhance the customer experience and has traveled to customer locations to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective employee management, data analysis expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Sharon Blackburn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2012. Sharon then pursued higher education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Business Management, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
