Paul Arend

Paul Arend has been working at raSmith since May 2001 as a Senior Project Engineer in the Municipal Engineering Services department. Prior to that, Paul worked at Daniel Creaney Company as a Project Engineer. Paul received their BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1997. RA Smith has been providing engineering services since 1979 for various communities and utilities.
