Chelsea Rose Beroza currently serves as a Senior Director at Resnicow and Associates since October 2021, having previously held the position of Director. Chelsea holds a Master of City Planning with a concentration in Community and Economic Development and a certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Art History, graduating Cum Laude from James Madison University.
