Ilana Simon Rubin is the Senior Vice President at Resnicow + Associates. With over 20 years of experience in strategic institutional communications and marketing campaigns, she provides expertise in internal communications and content development for mission-driven institutions. Ilana also offers strategic counsel to cultural leaders on various topics such as thought leadership, programming, engagement, and sponsorship. She has a background in crisis mitigation and reputation management. Ilana previously held positions such as Vice President, Senior Account Supervisor, Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. She started her career as an Assistant Account Executive. During her education at Duke University, she obtained a B.A. in Public Policy with a Minor in Art History. Prior to this, she interned at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and the U.S. Department of Justice.
