Karen Powers

Karen Powers holds a Master's of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Utah State University. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Karen currently serves as Vice President Human Resources at Hunt Electric, Inc., overseeing all HR services, policies, and programs since April 2013. Previous roles include Sr. HR Business Partner at L-3 Communications and HR Generalist at Western Electricity Coordinating Council, where expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and strategic planning was developed. Karen also served as Human Resources/Office Manager at Microsoft, managing HR and administrative needs from 1997 to 2006. Professional credentials include SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
