Maor Peer

Maor Peer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

In 2010, they started working as the Chief of Staff and Program Director at Camp Kimama Israel, where they progressively climbed the ranks and managed a unique international summer camp with thousands of participants from different countries.

From 2011 to 2013, Maor worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, providing technical assistance in defense systems.

In 2014, they interned at Ady Kaplan and Co., specializing in civil and commercial law, where they gained experience in commercial litigation, negotiations, and writing commercial agreements.

Maor joined Shmulikim Entertainment in 2010 as a staff member, gradually advancing to become the Team Leader and eventually the Co-Founder and CEO. In their role as CEO, they oversaw various aspects of the event business, including sales, marketing, recruitment, and creative initiatives.

In 2021, Maor co-founded and served as the CEO of Chug-robotics, a company that offered a fully automatic contactless pouring system for mass crowd events, such as sports and festivals. The system aimed to improve the fan experience, increase profit, and reduce labor costs.

Currently, they work as the Sales Manager and Business Development at r.Cup, a leading reuse company in the US that replaces single-use cups at events and venues with a turn-key reusable cup platform.

Maor's work experience showcases their leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and expertise in event management, business development, and customer service.

Maor Peer has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a dual major in LLB in Law and BA in Government from Reichman University, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014. In 2012 and 2013, they also studied at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in Law. In 2020, Maor attended Jolt.io, where they completed a program in Product Operations Management (PoMa). Additionally, they obtained certification in the Certified Professional Sales and Business Development Seminar from NIR DUVDEVANI in June 2017.
