Craig Butcher

Craig Butcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at R.D. Olson Development since February 2019, Craig has previously held prominent roles, including Division Sales VP at Extended Stay America, where oversight included a team of over 25 Regional Sales Directors and accountability for $450 million in annual revenues across 180 hotels. Prior positions at Marriott International and ExecuStay involved building successful sales organizations, achieving substantial annual sales and market share growth. Craig’s career began at Express Furniture Rental, where significant contributions were made to develop the Entertainment Division. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, Craig combines strategic insight with a strong background in sales and operational management.
