Allison Kemppainen

Allison Kemppainen serves as the HR Benefits Administrator at R.E. Michel Company, LLC since July 2013, where responsibilities include managing group and voluntary benefit plans and assisting employees with health, welfare, and retirement plan inquiries. Previously, Kemppainen held the position of Senior HR Generalist at Ritz Camera & Image from April 2001 to November 2012, overseeing employee benefits administration and fostering relationships with associates and vendors. Earlier roles at Ritz Camera Centers, Inc. involved investigating unemployment claims and managing worker’s compensation processes. Kemppainen holds an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Prince George's Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
