Gregory Rugh

Gregory Rugh is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2015. Currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at R.E.Y. Engineers, Inc. since May 2018, Gregory has previously worked as a Project Engineer at Pavement Engineering Inc. from October 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included providing plans, specifications, estimates, quality control/quality assurance, and materials testing for pavement maintenance and rehabilitation projects across California. Additionally, since June 2014, Gregory has held the position of Engineer Plans Officer in the California Army National Guard.
