Rich Dean, CPD has extensive work experience as a Senior Plumbing & Fire Suppression Engineer. Rich started their career at Cosentini Associates in 1985, where they worked as a Plumbing & Fire Suppression Drafter & Designer until 1989. Rich then joined Vanderweil Engineers and worked on various projects, ranging from master planning studies to small retail projects. In 1991, they joined TMP Consulting Engineers as a Designer and worked there until 1993. Rich subsequently joined TMP Mechanical Engineers, INC as a Plumbing & Fire Suppression Designer from 1994 to 1996. In 2006, they joined Wozny Barbar Associates as a Senior Plumbing & Fire Suppression Engineer and stayed until 2008. Throughout their career, Rich has gained significant expertise in plumbing and fire suppression design and has contributed to the success of multiple projects.

Rich Dean, CPD began their education journey in 1984 at the Northeast Institute of Industrial Design - Boston, where they pursued an Associates degree in Design & Drafting.
