Damian Zaplata

Damian Zaplata is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in e-commerce, venture capital, and strategic consulting. Currently serving on the Supervisory Board of R-GOL.com and as a Venture Partner at Inovo.vc, Zaplata has previously held significant leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at MODIVO SA and Chief Commercial Officer at Allegro. Zaplata also has a notable background with Lloyds Banking Group and First Data Corporation, as well as a consulting tenure at McKinsey & Company. An active member of the YPO leadership community, Zaplata holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Economics from European-University Viadrina.
