Jim Watts

Jim Watts is an accomplished executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as President and CEO of R.I.A. Federal Credit Union since April 2018. Previously, Jim held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Central Bancshares Inc. and West Texas National Bank, focusing on operational functions and bank operations respectively. Early in their career, Jim served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Royal Credit Union, where responsibilities included IT and project management, as well as in senior operational roles at Advance Bank and Grand Premier Financial.
