Shelley Groves

Shelley Groves has extensive work experience in the credit union industry. Shelley began their career in 1987 at Vibrant Credit Union, where they held various roles such as Business/Mortgage Manager, Vice President of Operations, Chief Lending Officer, and Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Legislative Affairs. In 2019, they joined R.I.A. Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Mortgage.

Shelley Groves attended Black Hawk College in Moline, IL from 1985 to 1987, where they studied banking. In the year 2000 to 2002, Shelley attended the Business Development Institute in St. Pete, FL, where they obtained a Business Development Certificate in Business Administration and Management. In 2006, they attended the Business Lending Institute in Madison, WI and received a Business Lending Certification in Business Administration and Management. Lastly, Shelley attended the CUES CEO Institute from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) degree.
