Don Schaffer

Don Schaffer is a Contractor Sales Specialist at rk MILES since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in collegiate athletics. Schaffer served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Castleton State College, contributing to two regular season conference titles and a trip to the NCAA tournament. At Southern Vermont College, Schaffer revitalized the baseball program as Head Baseball Coach, achieving more wins in five years than the previous 19 years combined. Schaffer also held roles as Assistant Athletic Director and Interim Athletic Director, overseeing all aspects of an NCAA Division 3 Athletic Department. Previous coaching experience includes a role at Post University as Assistant Baseball Coach and leadership of an elite AAU travel team with Team Connecticut. Schaffer's earlier career includes management at Channel Home Centers. Education includes studies at Somerset County College.
