Tom Mikus has extensive experience in sales and culinary management within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Specialist and previously as National Sales Manager for Casino, Hotel, Resort Properties, and Catering at R. L. Schreiber, Inc. since April 2016, Tom has also held the position of West Coast Regional Manager at the same company from June 2003 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as an R.L. Schreiber Distributor at True Taste Distributing from June 1996 to June 2003, as well as working as Executive Chef at Red Lion Hotels from January 1992 to June 1996. Tom Mikus earned an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from South Seattle College between 1990 and 1992.
