David Mallery

David Mallery has extensive experience in program controls and project management, currently serving as the Program Controls specialist for the I74 Mississippi River Bridge Program at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. since July 2017. Mallery has overseen significant infrastructure projects totaling over $1.6 billion, including major Illinois Department of Transportation initiatives. In addition to this role, Mallery held a long-term position at Illinois State University from 2008 to 2024 as an Adjunct Faculty member and Instructional Assistant Professor, teaching various construction and project management courses. Previous experience includes providing project management oversight for a $17.5 million K-2 building project at Cordogan Clark & Associates and PMO services at Sebby Technical Services. Mallery holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Illinois State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lincoln College, and an Associate degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Illinois Valley Community College.
