Frank Friar

Frank Friar is a seasoned civil construction professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Civil Construction and Resident Engineer at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. since January 2016, Frank has previously held the position of Resident Engineer at d'Escoto, Inc. from November 2012 to January 2016 and worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Harbour Contractors, Inc. from July 2008 to October 2012. Earlier roles include Field Inspector at d'Escoto, Inc. and a military career with the US Army, where Frank served as a Captain and Lieutenant from November 2000 to January 2006. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 2000, and graduated from Antioch Community High School in 1995.
