Samantha Theron

Samantha Theron is a highly experienced professional in visual merchandising and brand storytelling, currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising, Communications, and Training at RM Williams since May 2023. As a co-founder of Collabor8Women, initiated in December 2021, Samantha fosters collaboration among diverse professional women through inspiring conversations. Prior roles include Creative Director and Visual Merchandising Specialist at LUXE Visual CoLab, National Visual Merchandising Manager at Billini, and extensive experience with the Prada Group, where responsibilities spanned multiple managerial positions across South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. With a background in creative direction and styling for various high-profile clients in the print media sector between 2000 and 2011, Samantha holds a Diploma of Marketing from Martin Business College.
