Thomas Rozkowski

Thomas Rozkowski is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property sales, management, and development. Currently a Real Estate Sales Associate at R New York, Thomas has brokered numerous multimillion-dollar property sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. As the owner and Construction Manager of a sole proprietorship since December 2013, Thomas has successfully acquired and renovated foreclosed rental properties and managed leasing. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Turnkey Property Pro, where Thomas focused on investment properties in Philadelphia and Baltimore, and Construction Project Manager at Penn Equity Group. Thomas also has a background in wealth management with Maxim Group, where client engagement and investment education were key responsibilities, along with experience in governmental operations and administrative support. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
