Sonia Calcagni has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sonia most recently worked as the Head of Technical Support at R.O. Writer, where they reported directly to the President and was responsible for all customer and technical support. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at PayFacto, where they had global responsibility for customer and partner support, professional services, project management, and partner training. Sonia developed and implemented a vision for the Customer Experience department, improved key processes, and oversaw the implementation of new tools. Sonia also created a training program and improved team communication and collaboration. Before that, Sonia worked at Aptos Retail for many years, holding various positions such as Director of Customer Success and Senior Manager of Client Care. Sonia was responsible for customer satisfaction, service delivery, revenue, and operations. Sonia developed a customer satisfaction program and a defined customer engagement model that significantly improved customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to Aptos Retail, Sonia worked at Future Electronics as a Marketing Manager/Product Manager, Business Development Manager, and Product Specialist.
Sonia Calcagni obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McGill University, which they pursued from 1988 to 1991.
