Jim Frost has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital transformation, automation, data management, and supply chain optimization.

Jim started their career in 1999 at Metamor Worldwide as a Sr. Consultant, where they worked on Oracle ERP system implementation and custom database design.

In 2000, Jim joined Ericsson Inc. as the Director of Global Supply and Configuration Management for TEMS Products. Jim was responsible for global supply, manufacturing, and production, as well as the management of supply systems.

After that, they served as the Sales Operations Manager for the Americas region at Ericsson Inc. and later as the Director of Support and Deliveries for TEMS Products. In these roles, they focused on supply chain management, customer support, and overall customer post-sale experience.

In 2009, Jim joined Ascom Inc. as the Director of Supply Chain and Customer Support, where they successfully established the company as a Wireless Test Equipment OEM.

Jim then joined Reverb Networks as the Director of Software Operations and Customer Support, where they created the necessary infrastructure and organization for the start-up in the Antenna Management and Self-Optimizing Network space.

From 2011 to 2012, Jim worked as a Program Management and Operations Specialist at Ericsson Inc. (Consultant), where they performed process review/improvement programs and coordinated data systems for the Sprint/Ericsson Managed Services contract.

From 2012 to 2018, Jim served as the Director of Data Management and Systems Integration at Akinnovate, LLC, where they project-managed and designed enterprise-wide planning solutions and owned Change Management operational set-up and execution for nation-wide programs.

In 2018, they joined R-Path Automation as the Lead Engagement Partner, where they designed and deployed automations, conducted digital operations strategy assessments, and created solutions to achieve superior ROI for clients.

Jim also worked at Telogical Systems as the Head of Data Transformation & Automation, where they focused on data transformation and automation initiatives.

Most recently, Jim served as the Director of Digital Transformation at Algo, where they optimized supply chain outcomes with Algo's analytics-enriched planning platform and integrated professional services.
