Ian Estes is a seasoned professional in product category management, currently serving as a Senior Product Category Manager at R.S. Hughes Co., Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Ian held several roles at West Marine from February 2014 to December 2023, including Category Manager for Fishing and Coolers, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategic category plans and vendor negotiations.
