Lara Botta

Lara Botta is an experienced professional in sustainability and supply chain management, currently serving as an ESG Managerin at R. STAHL Group since December 2024. Previously, Lara worked as a Sustainability Specialist at VARTA AG, focusing on sustainable supply chain management. Prior roles include Masterandin Nachhaltigkeit in der Lieferkette at Würth Deutschland, where the thesis addressed the implementation of supply chain due diligence laws, and Praktikantin at various organizations including Matrium GmbH, akzente, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, gaining extensive experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability strategy, and procurement. Lara holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Business Management from Ulm University along with a Master's in Environmental Sciences from La Rochelle Université and a Bachelor's in International Business Studies from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and the University of Montpellier. Currently, Lara is also pursuing studies in yoga.
