Lingam Jetta

Lingam Jetta is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in predictive modeling and customer experience enhancement. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at R Systems since February 2022, Lingam previously worked as a Senior Engineer in Data Science at Altimetrik and held the position of Senior Data Scientist at VOZIQ from August 2017 to November 2021. Significant contributions include the development of predictive models, such as a Net Promoter Score (NPS) model that utilized minimal survey responses to project customer sentiment and improve overall NPS rates. Lingam also engineered models to optimize job costs and revenue and was involved in creating customer retention models to forecast customer churn based on historical data. Lingam holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bharat Institute of Engineering & Technology, earned between 2011 and 2015.
