Nand Sardana

Nand Sardana joined R Systems in 2000 and is now the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 24 years of experience in financial, accounting, taxation, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, private equity and institutional financing, with both public and private companies. He was instrumental in managing R Systems initial public offer in 2006 and other mergers and acquisitions, worldwide.

Prior to joining R Systems, Nand worked with diverse consultancy organizations. Nand is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and a Company Secretary. He has a graduate and a Masters degree in commerce from the University of Delhi.
