Ruchica Gupta

Ruchica Gupta joined the Board of R Systems on July 07, 2014. Mrs. Gupta is an M. Phil. from the University of Delhi and a graduate from the Lady Shri Ram College. She manages her own consulting organization and is also a leading corporate trainer in the areas of organization development, change management, leadership, and motivation. As a professional, Mrs. Gupta is a go-getter and believes in constant evolution.

Mrs. Gupta has been a lecturer in University of Delhi for more than 15 years. As a part of the Expert Committee Board at IGNOU, she was instrumental in launching various programs in the university. She has authored nearly 40 articles on various management topics.

Presently, Mrs. Gupta is designated as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.
