Tony Silva

Tony Silva has extensive work experience in various sales operations and revenue operations roles. Tony is currently serving as a Director and Head of Revenue Operations at R Systems since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at GlobalLogic as a Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations from November 2017 to March 2020. Tony also has experience as a Senior Sales Operations Manager at CenturyLink from December 2016 to November 2017, and as a Senior Sales Operations Manager at PayPal from June 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, Tony has worked as a Sales Operation Manager/Consultant at McKesson in July 2015, an Operations Analyst/Consultant at Marketo from January 2015 to April 2015, a Sales Enablement-Operations Analyst at Conga from June 2013 to September 2014, and in Product Marketing/Sales Operations at HIGEAR from June 2011 to January 2012.

Tony Silva earned an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Francisco State University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Marketing from the same university between 2004 and 2007. Before attending San Francisco State University, Tony attended Universidade de Aveiro from 2000 to 2002 but did not mention earning a degree. In addition to their formal education, Tony has obtained certifications such as Apttus CPQ, Salesforce.com Administrator, and Quote-to-Cash Certified.
