Michael Maloney is currently working as an Estimating Engineer at R.T. Moore, focusing on ensuring plumbing and HVAC scopes meet expectations. Previously, Michael worked as a Field Engineer overseeing field changes on a new construction project. Michael also founded a successful candle company, donating profits to help the homeless. During an internship at Swagelok, Michael developed a new weld end connection. Additionally, Michael operated a lawn care business and worked as a tutor at Taylor University while obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
