Matthew Ulrich

Matthew Ulrich is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical design and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager and previously as a Mechanical Design Engineer at R-V Industries, Inc. since February 2015, Matthew has held various leadership positions, including Group Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Woodstream Corporation and General Manager at United Surgical Ltd., overseeing a manufacturing facility with 200 employees in Bangladesh. Earlier roles include R&D Manager at Apex Automation and Design Engineer at Webber/Smith Associates. Matthew began the career as an Intern Engineer and served as Merchandise Manager at Teen Mania Ministries. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from LeTourneau University.
