Randy Quandt has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. From 2011 to 2019, they worked for Federal Mogul as a Product Launch Manager, where they managed product launch activities, created a manufacturing model for new business and developed quotes for new business. Theirteam facilitated the launch of the Ford F250 and 350 brake pad manufacturing cell within 8 months. Randy improved their FPY by 15% and developed and patented a new product. From 2019 to present, Randy has worked for R.W. Beckett Corporation as a Business Development Manager for Delavan Spray Technologies. Randy is responsible for new logo growth and existing customer management with a portfolio of 411 accounts. Prior to this, Randy worked for BD from 2005 to 2011, starting as a Six Sigma Black Belt and later promoted to CI Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Randy was able to reduce syringe assembly waste by 40%.
Randy Quandt attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
