Randy Quandt

Randy Quandt has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. From 2011 to 2019, they worked for Federal Mogul as a Product Launch Manager, where they managed product launch activities, created a manufacturing model for new business and developed quotes for new business. Theirteam facilitated the launch of the Ford F250 and 350 brake pad manufacturing cell within 8 months. From 2014 to 2016, Randy worked for Key Logistics Solutions, LLC as a Program Manager, managing new program launch activities including a headliner manufacturing facility as a 3PL for IAC, FCA and a new warehouse solution for Zodiac Aerospace. From 2016 to 2017, Randy worked for GKN Aerospace as a Value Stream Manager, managing the Honda jet fuselage assembly team. From 2017 to 2019, Randy worked for Collins Aerospace as a Manufacturing Manager, leading manufacturing strategic initiatives for a 52,000 square foot facility with staff of 104. Randy improved their FPY by 15% and developed and patented a new product. From 2019 to present, Randy has worked for R.W. Beckett Corporation as a Business Development Manager for Delavan Spray Technologies. Randy is responsible for new logo growth and existing customer management with a portfolio of 411 accounts. Prior to this, Randy worked for BD from 2005 to 2011, starting as a Six Sigma Black Belt and later promoted to CI Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Randy was able to reduce syringe assembly waste by 40%.

Randy Quandt attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
