Andy Pires

Andy Pires currently serves as Head of Finance at R-Zero, a software and hardware platform focused on enhancing sustainability in real estate, supported by notable investors such as Mayo Clinic and DBL Partners. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Chief Of Staff and Interim Executive Director at Lincoln Park Community Services, effectively leading two Chicago homeless shelters through the COVID-19 pandemic without any outbreaks during over 30,000 nights of shelter. Additionally, Andy was a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director at TGG Group, where contributions led to improved decision-making for Fortune 50 clients, generating an estimated $1.2 billion in enterprise value. Andy has also worked as a Principal, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago.
