Dana Dufrane

Dana DuFrane currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at R-Zero since January 2023. Previously, Dana co-founded SugarRoti, a company specializing in pre-measured single-use organic Indian spice blends, from May 2020 to January 2023. Dana's experience includes roles as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Carewell, where efforts were focused on legal risk management and operational efficiencies, and Chairish, where Dana was the first in-house counsel. Additionally, Dana was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The RealReal, where a successful IPO was completed. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Counsel for Ecologic Brands, Counsel and Head of HR for Imergy Power Systems, and EVP and General Counsel for Flywheel Building Intelligence. Dana holds a law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
