Julia Dietz

Julia Dietz currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery of Excellence at R1 RCM, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Julia held the title of Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Optum from February 2021 to November 2025 and at Boncura Health Solutions from March 2020 to February 2021. Julia also gained extensive experience as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at CHMB - California Healthcare Medical Billing from July 2015 to March 2020, and as the Director of Operations at Millennium Medical ManagementResource from April 2011 to November 2014, where the focus was on providing coding, billing, and collections services. Earlier in Julia's career, the role of Manager of the Medicare Division was held at the University of Chicago Hospitals from April 2000 to April 2005. Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
