Mark Oliquino

Mark Oliquino is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at R1 RCM since October 2023, Mark previously held the position of NOC Duty Manager at Radius Telecoms, Inc., overseeing network monitoring and customer escalations from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Network Engineer at Globe Telecom from May 2013 to June 2020, and Network Monitoring System Supervisor at ABC5 TV, where responsibilities included managing staff and resolving broadcast network issues. Mark's career began at Globe Group as a NOC Engineer and spans roles at INTEX Telecom Systems, providing support for advanced networking equipment. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
