Tomeka McGinnis

Tomeka McGinnis is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in health information management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director and CDM Analyst Team Lead at R1 RCM since November 2017, Tomeka oversees the charge description master and ensures compliance with departmental and regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Tomeka spent nearly nine years at Cooper Thomas LLC as a Project Manager and Health Information Manager, where responsibilities included managing a staff of 8 supervisors, 10 auditors, and 187 medical coders.
