Mike Taylor and Jessica Taylor founded R1 Companies in 2014 based off a revolutionary idea. The Taylors, immersed in the real estate business long before, knew the services and the landscape of the business well and decided that there was a more efficient, cost-effective way to ensure brokerage growth and success. Mike Taylor created a brokerage services platform that allows agents to pursue sales without worrying about franchise fees, large commission splits, and business expenses.
R1 Washington is a sister brokerage of R1 New Mexico, who grew over 1000% in its first four years, with a successful model and support. The services that R1 provides allow brokers to plug-in their business smoothly, immediately providing freedom of mind without the burden of the day-to-day business expected to upkeep a brokerage. The success of R1 is not determined by a franchise, but instead on its quality of service.
Christened: The Future of Real Estate, R1 understands that in today’s modern world, buyers don’t choose the brokerage, they choose the broker. R1 has changed the landscape of real estate and allowed real estate brokerages to operate independently, boosting their success while guiding and nurturing any service that they may need to continue their profitable business. R1 Washington is a division of R1 Companies and is ready to expand to bigger markets! Real People. Real Success. One Family.
