Finished the Warsaw University of Technology in 1970. During the course of his Ph.D. studies worked at Nixdorf Computer in Germany and then as a researcher at PSI AG in Berlin. In the years 1978-1993 worked for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) where he ran projects, among other things, in Munich, Vienna and Paris. Oversaw the establishment of DEC branches in Central Europe, including Poland. Between 1993 and 1998 managed Oracle Polska and then held functions on the management boards of Prokom Software S.A. and Prokom Internet S.A., and numerous supervisory boards, among others, Postdata S.A., Bank Pocztowy S.A., PVT a.s., numerous companies of the Asseco group. Has extensive and wide technical experience in software engineering and management in international and Polish IT corporations.

The Company has three operating segments: Domains and hosting, Omnichannel communication services automating electronic communication with recipients and Telecommunication services provided by the Oxylion Group.
