Fernando Fernandes has extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance, currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer (NOC) at CinemaNext | Ymagis Group since November 2016, providing remote support for various digital cinema products. Prior to this role, Fernando worked at NOS Lusomundo Cinemas, where responsibilities included first-line technical support and customer service. Additional experience includes coordinating volunteering efforts for events such as the Wings for Life World Run and participating in various volunteer organizations. Fernando holds a Master’s degree in Economics and International Business from FEP U. Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidade da Maia.
