Jonathan Gallant-Couturier

Jonathan Gallant-Couturier is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at R2i since December 2022, Jonathan oversees the delivery of cloud contracts and managed service agreements. Prior to this role, Jonathan had a long tenure at IBM Canada Ltd. from July 2011 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Account Director and Team Leader roles, focusing on technical support services and contract management. Jonathan also held the position of Service Delivery Director for technology assistance, managing teams for Mid-range and Large systems across the Montreal and Quebec regions. Educationally, Jonathan holds a DEC in Telecommunications Technology from Cegep du Vieux-Montréal and a DEP in Instrumentation and Electromechanical Maintenance from Centre Antoine de St-Exupéry.
