Kellie (Carpenter) Rotunno is the Chief Executive Officer of R2O Consulting LLC, a female-owned engineering firm established in April 2017, specializing in assisting Water Utilities with complex infrastructure, capital program, regulatory, and operational challenges. Prior to this role, Kellie served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from March 2008 to April 2017, managing over $250 million in annual capital programs and overseeing a workforce of over 500 personnel. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Engineering and Construction at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and Regional Water Practice Leader at Brown and Caldwell. Kellie began her professional career as a Project Engineer and held various engineering roles in firms such as O'Brien & Gere Engineers and Malcolm Pirnie. Kellie earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1982 and 1987.
