Jose Antonio Morales

Jose Antonio Morales has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jose Antonio currently serves as the Head of Sales Southern Europe at r2p Group since April 2019. Prior to this, they held various positions at IKUSI, where they worked from 2000 to 2019. Jose Antonio started as a Software Development Engineer and later progressed to roles such as Team Leader, Engineering Director, and Technical Director. During their time at IKUSI, Jose Antonio Morales played a key role in leading and managing the Railway Solutions business unit, developing international business partnerships, and representing the company in rail industry association meetings. Jose Antonio also led the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) certification project. Before joining IKUSI, Jose worked as an Electronic Design Engineer at CERN and S3 Group. Jose Antonio also served as a Software Development Engineer at Ceit-IK4.

Jose Antonio Morales obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mondragon Unibertsitatea - Camara de Comercio from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronic Systems at Dublin City University from 1996 to 1997. Jose Antonio'seducation journey started at the University of Navarra, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Industrial with a specialization in Electricidad. This degree was obtained from 1987 to 1993.
