Tim Poskin is an experienced leader in program development and process improvement within the cleaning industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Development for the R2R Program since April 2024, Tim also holds the position of President at Cleaning Management Concepts, LLC, where expertise in culture change and standardized processes has been developed over 20 years. Tim's involvement with the ISSA Workloading and Benchmarking Committee and the Workloader Benchmarking Alliance demonstrates a commitment to advancing workload concepts through education and collaboration. Previous roles include Director of ISSA Consulting and MRO Ready 2 Respond Program Director at Legend Brands, along with significant positions at Wake Forest University and The Boeing Company. Tim’s academic background includes studies at the University of Phoenix.
