Shawn Collins

Shawn Collins is an experienced MS365 Engineer III currently at R3 LLC, where responsibilities include the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Azure and MS365 environments, migration projects, security policy development, and endpoint management using Intune. Previously, as Cloud Services Manager at Cloudforce, Shawn developed the managed cloud offering nebulaONE™, implemented a new service desk solution, and led a team, earning a Leadership Award in 2021. Earlier experience as Helpdesk Manager at Ctss Inc. involved establishing a Help Desk department, managing technical support, and ensuring client and vendor relationships. Shawn holds a Business Information Technology degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
