Paul Ridgeway

Paul Ridgeway has a diverse work experience. Paul is currently a Founding Partner at PRNJ Partners LLC since 2019. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at both Carver Nonwoven Technologies and R3 Composites. Prior to that, they worked at Neurocern as a Corporate Executive & Board Member starting in 2016. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Vice President at Balmoral Advisors, where they were involved in various financial advisory services. Paul'scareer also includes serving in the United States Air Force from 2009 to 2012.

Paul Ridgeway has studied Finance at DePaul University and Biology/Kinesiology at The University of Texas at Austin.
