Kristin Berry

Kristin Berry has a strong and diverse work experience history. Kristin began their career as a Financial Analyst at Duff & Phelps in 1988 and worked there until 1992. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Berry then joined IBM Global Business Services in 1997 as a Senior Manager and stayed there until 2004. In 2004, they founded The Legacy Network and worked as a Founder and Partner until 2008. Currently, they are associated with R3 Government Solutions, where they held the role of President from 2009 to 2020 and is now the President & CEO.

Kristin Berry earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. Later, they went on to pursue an MBA with a focus on Finance and Human Resource Management with Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1994.
