Aditi Desai

Aditi Desai is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at R3 since May 2023, Aditi manages engineering squads responsible for the Retail CBDC product roadmap and optimizes product development practices. Prior to this role, Aditi was a Principal Engineering Manager at R3, leading platform engineering teams focused on the CORDA tokenization platform. Aditi held significant positions at Simply Business, TUI, TalkTalk, Thomas Cook, Accenture, and Infosys, showcasing a strong background in agile methodologies, team leadership, and the implementation of innovative technical solutions across various industries. Aditi holds a BTech in Electronics and Network Communications from SNDT.
