James also has a background in consultancy and coaching within various sectors, including media and technology, and has contributed to substantial learning and development initiatives across organizations such as Thames Water and BSkyB. James holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Bristol Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Staffordshire.
