Mariann Kassai-Hoór

Mariann Kassai-Hoór has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles.

Mariann started their career in 2001 as a Controller at Radio News Ltd. and worked there until 2003.

In 2003, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Hungary and held various positions over the years. From 2003 to 2009, they worked as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, and Product Manager, focusing on Mortgage projects. From 2009 to 2018, they served as the Business Consultant Manager and Team Leader of Business Consultants, specializing in bank rationalization Lean projects, extensive debt collections, and recovery-related projects. During this time, they were also responsible for controlling the budget for IT and process development investments. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary.

In 2016, Mariann joined Ethos Integrated Solutions LLC as a Test Specialist in Dubai. Mariann was involved in testing banking and hotel services, mapping customer experiences in various Middle East banks.

More recently, in 2021, they joined R34DY as a Project Manager.

Mariann Kassai-Hoór began their education journey in 1998 at Budapest Business School, where they studied Accounting until 2000. Mariann then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Szent István Egyetem from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mariann Kassai-Hoór obtained a certification in "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera in May 2014.
