Monica Stanciu

Monica Stanciu, PhD, currently serves as Director at RA Capital Management, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the professional development of TechAtlas and RAVen Associates. Previously, Monica held positions as Associate Director and Senior Associate within the TechAtlas division, focusing on competitive landscapes in the medical field. Prior to joining RA Capital Management, Monica worked as Licensing Manager I at Partners HealthCare Innovation, assessing commercialization potential and managing licensing agreements for technologies from top hospitals. Academic training includes a PhD in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSc in Neuroscience and Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, complemented by extensive research experience in cancer biology and synaptic plasticity.
